FXN (Fashion eXchange Network) is an early-stage fashion technology startup building a hyperlocal fashion rental platform that makes premium fashion accessible, affordable, and sustainable.

We're looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals who want hands-on experience in building a startup from the ground up. If you're passionate about startups, business, sales, marketing, and solving real-world challenges, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to boutiques, designers, and potential brand partners.
Assist in building strategic partnerships and business relationships.
Support customer acquisition and early user growth initiatives.
Coordinate with colleges, student communities, and influencers.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Create and manage social media content and promotional activities.
Build and manage our early customer waitlist.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain outreach records and track growth metrics.
Work directly with the founder on business development and growth initiatives.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup setting.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Candidates based in or willing to travel to Kochi when required will be preferred.
