Arambh Influence is a growing influencer marketing and digital solutions company helping brands scale through influencer campaigns, social media marketing, branding, and digital strategies. We are looking for a smart, target-driven, and confident Business Development Manager (BDM) who has prior experience in a digital marketing agency, social media agency, or IT service-based company.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
Pitch digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, branding, and IT services to potential clients
Identify client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
Handle lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for smooth project onboarding
Prepare proposals, presentations,



and business reports
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Stay updated with digital marketing and social media industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
Experience in Digital Marketing Agency, Social Media Agency, or IT Service-based company preferred
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development, etc.
Good knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Ability to handle clients professionally
