Handle end-to-end recruitment for 4–5 hotels/restaurants/properties.
Manage high-volume hiring for F&B;, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Management positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment networks, institutes, and references.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and selection.
Maintain a robust database and pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies.
Coordinate with HODs and Property Managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies and minimize manpower shortages across properties.
Prepare and share job descriptions, hiring posts, and candidate requirements.
Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and onboarding of selected candidates.
Track recruitment status, joining dates, replacements, and employee turnover.
Prepare regular recruitment MIS and manpower reports for management.
Build robust relationships with candidates, hotel management institutes, and recruitment sources.
4–6 years of HR/Recruitment experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
