We are looking for a Sales & Distribution to handle sales and distribution activities, develop recent customers, manage existing clients, and achieve sales targets through regular market visits.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, and potential customers.
Generate new leads and develop recent business opportunities.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
Promote products and increase sales in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
Take orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Monitor product availability, stock, and market demand.
Identify recent markets and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Collect market feedback and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
Graduate
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Sales & Distribution, FMCG, Consumer Products, Retail, or similar industries.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
