A Civil and Interior Site Incharge Execution manages daily site activities, supervises workers and contractors, ensures adherence to safety standards, and delivers interior fit-out and civil projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities
Site Execution: Supervise daily civil construction and interior fit-out work according to approved drawings and specifications.
Contractor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, and laborers to maintain project momentum.
Quality Control: Check materials and workmanship for quality compliance and report defects immediately.
Progress Monitoring: Track daily progress against the master schedule and report delays to the project manager.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure all workers use safety gear and follow site safety rules.
Material Management: Monitor material inventory, track consumption, and request stock before shortages occur.
Drawing Interpretation: Read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately in office.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on site execution experience in civil and interior fit-out projects.
Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of finishing works, carpentry, flooring, false ceilings, painting, and civil repairs.
Communication: Valuable local language and English skills to manage workers and deal with clients or consultants.
Software: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office for progress reporting.
