Job Summary:
Responsible for managing overall accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, timely reporting, and effective coordination with internal teams and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.
Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Ensure proper accounting documentation and record maintenance.
Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Expertise in GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Solid knowledge of financial reporting and MIS.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
High attention to accuracy and detail.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA
5–10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
Previous experience as an Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Experience handling complete accounting operations and team management.
Exposure to audits, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
