Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, including construction, excavation, and material delivery.
Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Safety Management: Implement and maintain site safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and reporting incidents.
Labor Management: Supervise and coordinate labor forces, including subcontractors and direct employees.
Material Management: Oversee material delivery, storage, and usage, ensuring minimal waste and optimal usage.
Schedule Management: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays.
Budgeting and Cost Control:



Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving prospects.
Communication: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues, including technical, logistical, and personnel problems.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, safety records, and quality control documentation.
