We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and basic knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Support payroll by maintaining attendance and employee data.
Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
