Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the decoration, packaging, and display of cakes and bakery products.
Take customer orders in-store, over the phone, or through online platforms.
Help customers select cakes, flavours, sizes, and designs based on their requirements.
Ensure cakes and other products are properly packed and handed over to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, display area, and workstations.
Arrange and replenish cakes, pastries, and other bakery items in the display counter.
Handle billing and cash/online payments when required.
Check product freshness, stock levels, and expiry dates.
Coordinate with the baker/kitchen team regarding customer orders and special requirements.
Maintain a friendly and skilled attitude while dealing with customers.
Support the team with general shop operations as required.
