Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Engineer with experience in CNC, VNC, HMC machines, core mechanical/electrical maintenance, and basic PLC troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth and effective machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VNC, HMC, and other industrial machines.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical machine-related issues.
Handle basic PLC troubleshooting, I/O checking, sensors, relays, contactors, and control circuits.
Troubleshoot issues related to motors, drives, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Carry out machine servicing, lubrication, alignment, and component replacement.
Identify recurring machine problems and support root cause analysis.
Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and trial runs.
Maintain daily maintenance records and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
Maintain safety standards and follow company maintenance procedures.

Required Skills:




Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
Good knowledge of CNC, VNC, and HMC machine maintenance.
Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, and electrical panels.
Ability to use basic maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts if required.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of PLC, automation, and industrial control systems.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
Knowledge of root cause analysis and breakdown reduction.
Basic knowledge of robotics and automation will be an added advantage.
