JOB PURPOSE

To achieve Optimum and targeted production, ensure running of all line equipments at optimum level with high productivity and high mechanical efficiency

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for efficiently running the line as per rated capacity.
Knowledge of APET – Sidel Line Blow moulding in depth & other equipment on the line like filler, conveyor, sleeve applicator etc is required
Responsible for maintenance of the equipments, as per schedule & criticality analysis, to ensure smooth running of the equipment.
Observe Safety at work and Follow safety norms as per Safety management systems




On Daily basis inspect the machine for detecting the abnormalities & feedback from operators for defects
To ensure GMP & GHK Activities on the line. Ensure Shop floor discipline in terms of safety, hygiene, etc
Maintain the APET line to achieve the all KPIs – Yields (Closure, Preforms and sleeves), Quality Parameters.
Help the operators for trouble shooting of machine in case of any breakdown and ensure to make the RCA and CAPA along with Production Manager
Cordinate with cross functional teams for harmonious production and achieve all KPIs.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 – 5 yrs

TARGET INDUSTRY/COMPANY: Beverage

QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Mechanical / I.T.I./ Pet Engg

KNOWLEDGE IN DEPTH: Knowledge of blowing machines, filling M/C, Labeling M/C etc.
