Job Responsibilities:
Prepare crispy and soft dosas, uthappam, appam, and other South Indian breakfast items.
Maintain consistent taste and food quality.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area.
Follow food safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy hours.
Requirements:
Experience as a Dosa Master is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of South Indian cooking.
Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant.
Immediate joiners preferred.
