Job Description – Team Leader – Telesales

Role: Team Leader – Telesales

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly sales/collection targets.
Monitor call quality, sales performance, attendance, leaves, and productivity.
Allocate calling lists and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
Conduct daily team briefings and arrange re-training/coaching wherever required.
Manage floor rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Maintain sales, collection, and performance reports.
Handle payment collection/deposition and ensure process compliance.
Track competitor activities, schemes, and process performance.
Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates for the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development.

Requirements:




Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including Telesales/Telemarketing.
Solid objection handling, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven setting.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred:
Experience in direct marketing/local promotions.
Knowledge of the matrimonial industry.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
