About the Role

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager Intern to help grow our brand presence across digital channels. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in content strategy, campaign execution, audience engagement, and influencer outreach.

You will work closely with our marketing team to build an active online community and drive meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage daily operations across core social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube).
Content Calendar Creation: Plan, organize, and execute a comprehensive monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals and industry trends.
Influencer & Collaborator Outreach: Identify potential brand partners, creators, and collaborators. Initiate contact, coordinate campaigns,



and maintain ongoing partner relationships.
Post Scheduling & Publishing: Draft engaging captions, select relevant hashtags, and schedule posts using management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Community Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages (DMs), and brand mentions to interact with followers and foster a loyal community.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and help compile weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
