Job Description

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and the ability to turn creative concepts into commercially successful designs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop original fashion concepts, collections, and garment designs based on current trends and brand requirements.
Create sketches, mood boards, color palettes, and technical drawings.
Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and market developments.
Select appropriate fabrics, trims, accessories, and other materials for each design.
Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, production teams, and suppliers to develop samples.
Review samples and make necessary changes to achieve the desired fit, finish, and quality.
Ensure designs meet brand standards, quality requirements, and production timelines.
Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth execution of collections.
Maintain design documentation, specifications, and product details.




Stay updated on emerging fashion trends and contribute fresh and innovative ideas.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Fashion Designer is preferred.
Solid knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, patterns, and fashion trends.
Good sketching and design presentation skills.
Proficiency in fashion design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple designs and meet deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing original fashion designs.
