Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at Roverz MotorBikes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships, handling customer enquiries, following up with customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
Follow up with new and existing customers regularly.
Maintain solid and qualified relationships with customers.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and queries in a polite and timely manner.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments to resolve customer concerns.
Schedule customer appointments and follow up on appointments.
Make follow-up calls to customers after vehicle delivery and service.
Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/HRMS or other company systems.
Support the Sales and Service teams in customer retention and lead follow-up.
Inform customers about recent products, offers, service reminders, and dealership activities.
Prepare daily and weekly customer follow-up reports.
Ensure timely response to customer enquiries and requests.
Perform other customer relationship and support activities assigned by the management.
