Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the hospital store’s daily operations.
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming medical and non-medical supplies.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of inventory.
Maintain accurate stock records in the system and conduct periodic stock verification.
Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions as required.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for timely procurement.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Prevent stock discrepancies through regular audits and control measures.
Generate and submit periodic inventory reports to management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store or inventory management,
preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.
Solid knowledge of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
