Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B; Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and lead the F&B; team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Supervise and motivate F&B; service staff, captains, stewards, and other team members.
Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Ensure proper table setup, service procedures, and food & beverage standards.
Coordinate with the Kitchen team for smooth food service.
Monitor stock, inventory, wastage, and daily consumption.
Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters and shift schedules.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
Maintain F&B; operational records and daily reports.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies,



food safety, and hygiene standards.
Train new staff and conduct regular team briefings.
Assist in achieving restaurant sales and revenue targets.
Maintain good coordination with Front Office, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other departments.

Skills & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of relevant F&B;/restaurant experience.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B; service standards.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and cost control.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
