Business Development Executive (BDE) B2B IT Sales
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Night Shift, aligned with US/International markets)

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive to join our B2B IT Sales team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, engaging international prospects, and building a healthy sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has prior experience in B2B/IT sales and is comfortable working night shift hours to align with overseas clients (primarily US market).

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong, consistent sales pipeline
Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and pitch relevant IT products/services
Schedule and coordinate product demos/meetings between prospects and the sales/technical team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects,



and interactions in the CRM
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and pipeline value
Collaborate with marketing and senior sales team members to refine outreach strategy and messaging
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the company's product/service portfolio
Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT/software/SaaS industry
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English
Prior experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Comfortable and willing to work night shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST)
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
Good understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification process
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
