Job Summary
Eagleton The Golf Resort is seeking a proactive and guest-focused Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and coordinate with all departments for smooth functioning of the resort.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day hotel operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, and Security teams.
Monitor lobby operations and maintain resort service standards.
Handle VIP arrivals, guest requests, and emergency situations.
Prepare daily operational reports and handover notes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Requirements
Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field.
5–9 years of experience in Front Office or Operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
