Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruitment team.
Allocate daily requirements and monitor recruiter performance.
Source and close positions within defined timelines.
Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly reports.
Train and support recruiters to improve closures.
Ensure recruitment targets and client commitments are achieved.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
