Awtar Matrimonial is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Matchmaking to manage premium matrimonial clients and families and provide personalized matchmaking services.
Responsibilities
Manage relationships with clients and families.
Understand matrimonial preferences and family requirements.
Identify and recommend suitable profiles.
Coordinate introductions and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with clients.
Handle client information with complete confidentiality.
Maintain updated client records.
Ensure client satisfaction and successful matchmaking.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in relationship management, matchmaking, premium client servicing, hospitality, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Confident, presentable,
mature, and qualified.
Robust relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Empathetic, trustworthy, and result-oriented.
Comfortable dealing with premium families and NRI clients.
