Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to guide and convert prospective learners into enrolled students through consultative counselling and relationship-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities
Connect hot leads via calls, WhatsApp and email using CRM tool
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
Deliver explicit and persuasive course counselling
Handle queries and objections with a solution-oriented approach
Drive enrolments through structured follow-ups




Maintain accurate records in CRM
Manage admissions pipeline and ensure timely conversions Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Achieving monthly revenue and enrolment targets

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
1–4 years in EdTech / Education Sales / Academic Counselling (B2C preferred)

Skills
Robust communication in Hindi & English
Ability to simplify and explain spiritual/complex concepts
Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills
Target-oriented with a consultative sales approach

Requirements
Graduate (any stream)
Understanding of sales skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the EdTech/Education industry will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
