Aalayam Rehab Care is looking for passionate and dedicated Physiotherapists to join our Vadodara team at Sama Savli and Race Course centers.
Job Responsibilities
Assess patients and identify their physical rehabilitation needs.
Prepare and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy techniques.
Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Educate patients and their family members regarding exercises and rehabilitation.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team for effective patient care.
Maintain professional standards and ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
BPT / MPT qualification from a recognized institution.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-focused and responsible approach.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
