Job Title: Retail Finance Executive / Relationship Manager
Location: Ernakulam
Experience: 2 to 5 years in Retail Finance
Salary: Industry standards (Commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the marketing and processing of retail loans, auto loans, home loans, and personal loans.
Analyze customers' financial backgrounds and requirements to provide the most suitable financial schemes.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
Ensure accurate completion of loan documentation, CIBIL score checks, and credit approval procedures.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit accurate data reports to the management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (B.Com, BBA, or MBA preferred).
Mandatory experience in retail finance, banking, or credit management.
Excellent communication skills (English and Malayalam) and robust customer relationship abilities.
Keen interest in marketing and field-related activities.
