JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, generating admissions, handling leads, and achieving monthly enrollment targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to prospective students.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.




Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the Academic, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Participate in seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.

REQUIREMENTS
Any Degree.
0–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Sales, Inside Sales, or EdTech preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.
Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
Strong counselling, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Positive follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
