Job Description
Handle inbound calls from US customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain skilled and fluent English communication.
Verify customer information and update CRM/system records.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain required quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets.
Work comfortably during US night hours.
NOTE:
Only experienced and immediate joiners are eligible for this role.
