Job Description:

We are looking for an Insurance Operations Manager / Executive with strong and complete knowledge of Life Insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day life insurance back-office operations.
Manage policy processing, issuance, servicing, renewals, and documentation.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams.
Handle policy-related queries and pending cases.
Maintain MIS, reports, records, and documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance cases.

Requirements:
Complete knowledge of Life Insurance processes is mandatory.
Prior experience in Life Insurance Operations / Back Office preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage operations independently.

Note: This is a pure back-office role with no field sales responsibilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
