As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for handling premium clients, closing high-value deals, and contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct site visits and client meetings across Bangalore.
Coordinate with builders and developers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales closing ability with a target-driven mindset.
Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.
