JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is hiring an experienced and target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our Edappal sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, proven sales performance, and preferably experience in the EdTech/Education industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales/admission team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Guide team members throughout the sales and admission process.
Support counsellors in handling objections and closing admissions.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Track leads, conversions, follow-ups, revenue, and team productivity.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.
Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Branch teams.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly performance reports for management.
Train new team members on CRM, counselling, sales processes, and conversion techniques.

REQUIREMENTS
2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Previous EdTech experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Robust leadership and people-management abilities.
Highly target-oriented and result-driven.
Good knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced, performance-driven setting.
