1 Assist Sr. Manager/ Section in charge – to develop/ implement and monitor technical requirements for

regular Lab operations and to manage and coordinate operational policies and procedures.

1 Supervision of sample processing, right from sample acceptance till transfer of results.

2 Supervising & guiding JSO s in Equipment maintenance and proper filling of log book/ log sheets,

equipment/ test calibrations & troubleshoot maintenance & submit reports to HOD. Documenting &

implementing PM & Calibration schedules. And take follow-ups with service provider for the same.

2 Assist in Planning and scheduling work for the group to ensure proper distribution of assignments.

3 Provide complete technical training to all recent joinee.





4 Ensures that all technical documents are in place according to compliance with NABL standard.

5 Assure that the all the laboratory staff is properly trained in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and

equipment specific requirements, maintenance of equipment, test methodologies, quality control & various

troubleshoots. Guiding JSOs to maintain all relevant records as per accreditation standards

6 Primarily work under supervision for calibration and maintenance of equipment.

7 Monitor and record the RCA for any Non conformance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
