KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Introduce and explain our products & services
Generate new leads and maintain follow-ups
Handle customer enquiries and provide relevant information
Build good relationships with prospective customers
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
