Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse & Stores Executive to manage material inward and outward activities, gate movement records and warehouse documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities
Check and verify all material entering and leaving the premises.
Verify material against Delivery Challan, Invoice, Gate Pass and other documents.
Maintain Inward and Outward Material Registers.
Check quantity, material description and physical condition during inward/outward movement.
Coordinate with Security, Warehouse, Stores, Purchase, Dispatch and Operations teams.
Prepare and maintain Gate Pass / Material Outward documents.
Ensure no material is moved without proper authorization.
Maintain records of returnable packaging materials such as crates, pallets, containers, trays and other packaging assets.
Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure proper documentation.




Maintain daily stock/movement records in MS Excel.
Report any quantity mismatch, damaged material or documentation discrepancy to the concerned department.
Maintain proper filing of inward/outward documents for audit and reference.
Support periodic physical stock verification.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehouse / Stores / Dispatch / Material Inward-Outward.
Basic knowledge of warehouse and material movement procedures.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to check documents and physical material carefully.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Gate Pass, Delivery Challan, Invoice and material movement records.
Candidates from automotive, packaging, manufacturing or logistics industries will be preferred.

Education

12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
