Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Loan Sales Manager with strong experience in loan sales and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, sourcing loan opportunities, and managing end-to-end sales processes while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and drive sales for loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with clients, DSAs, and financial institutions
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products
Manage end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursal
Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth processing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain MIS reports and track sales performance
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution
Required Skills:
Strong experience in loan sales / financial services
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proven sales track record
Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and tracking
Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups
Eligibility:
Graduate (any stream)
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Loan Sales (mandatory)
