Job Summary
The Tendering Executive will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders for electrical projects. The role requires a keen eye for detail, valuable understanding of tendering processes, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for documentation and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify current tender opportunities through portals and industry sources.
Prepare and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for technical and commercial inputs.
Maintain a database of tenders, track submissions, and follow up with clients.
Analyze tender documents and prepare compliance checklists.
Assist in cost estimation and pricing discussions.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in tendering for Electrical projects.
Familiarity with government and private tendering processes.
Solid documentation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and tender management portals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
