Job Description – Quality Control / Site Supervisor

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Working Days: 6 Days – Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks at residential interior project sites.
Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved designs and specifications.
Inspect modular furniture, carpentry, civil, electrical, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
Identify quality issues, defects, and execution gaps and ensure timely rectification.
Check site measurements, materials, workmanship, and finishing quality.
Coordinate with designers, project coordinators, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, quality standards, and timelines.
Maintain site inspection records and provide regular updates to the management.




Ensure proper execution as per company quality standards and project requirements.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Quality Control / Site Supervision.
Interior Design background and residential interior experience are mandatory.
Good knowledge of residential interior execution and modular works.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Positive understanding of materials, measurements, and finishing standards.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Bangalore.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Only candidates with relevant residential interior design experience will be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
