Role Description The Construction Management Specialist will oversee on-site construction activities in Barauni, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This full-time on-site role includes coordinating with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to align daily work with design specifications and quality standards. The specialist will monitor progress, manage resources and materials, track costs, and support risk mitigation and issue resolution.

Responsibilities also include reviewing technical documents,



assisting in planning and scheduling, enforcing safety and compliance requirements, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Construction Management and Construction to oversee site operations and project execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and structural requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to manage costs, monitor expenses, and support financial control on projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture to collaborate effectively with design teams and ensure alignment with project plans.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in infrastructure or industrial construction projects, preferably with EPC contractors.
- Solid knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and local regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management tools is an advantage.
