Role Description The Computer Aided Design Drafter will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting the design and production of uPVC and aluminum windows and doors. This role involves preparing detailed technical and architectural drawings using CAD software, based on project specifications and engineering guidelines. The drafter will collaborate closely with design engineers, production teams, and project managers to ensure accurate,



manufacturable, and compliant drawings.

Daily tasks include updating and revising drawings, maintaining drawing documentation and standards, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve design issues. The role also requires adherence to quality, safety, and company design standards while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings for manufacturing and construction projects.
- Experience creating precise Drawing and Architectural Drawings for windows, doors, and building systems.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) for 2D and basic 3D drafting.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Understanding of building components, materials (especially uPVC and aluminum), and industry standards.
- Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and technical documents accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in office with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in fenestration, fabrication, or construction industry is an advantage.
