Job Title: Commis 2 – Continental Cuisine / Pizza Chef

Location: Mysuru, Karnataka

Experience: 2–4 years (Retail Food Outlet / QSR / Restaurant)

We are hiring a Commis 2 Chef specializing in Continental and Pizza preparation for our retail food outlet in Mysuru. The candidate will be responsible for:

Preparing pizzas, continental dishes, and related menu items as per standard recipes

Maintaining food quality, portion control, and presentation standards

Following hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols (FSSAI standards)

Managing stock, inventory, and daily mise en place

Supporting the Head Chef/Kitchen Supervisor during peak hours

Ensuring timely order preparation and minimal wastage

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience in continental cuisine/pizza-making at a retail food outlet, QSR, or restaurant

Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts (preferred but not mandatory)

Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauces, toppings, and oven handling

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting

Good hygiene and grooming standards

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays
