Role Description The Collections and Accounts Receivables Associate will manage the end-to-end collections process, including monitoring outstanding invoices, following up with clients, and ensuring timely receipt of payments. This on-site role, based in Jaipur, involves reconciling accounts, updating customer records, and preparing regular reports on receivables status and collection activities. The associate will communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships while upholding collection policies.





The role also includes coordinating with internal teams such as finance and sales to address account issues and support accurate financial reporting. This is a full-time position requiring consistent on-site collaboration and adherence to company standards.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions and resolve payment or billing issues professionally.
- Solid Analytical Skills for reviewing accounts, identifying discrepancies, and interpreting financial data accurately.
- Effective Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams and maintain constructive relationships with clients.
- Account Management experience, including tracking receivables, maintaining account records, and supporting collection strategies.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with invoicing and billing processes.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and financial or ERP software for reporting and data management.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
