Role Description The Co-founder with Investment role at Ultric Motors is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves providing strategic leadership across business development, operations, and product direction, while also contributing capital to support growth initiatives. The Co-founder will collaborate closely with existing leadership to refine the company’s roadmap, engage with key customers and partners, and drive the scaling of electric bus manufacturing.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing market opportunities, overseeing sales and marketing activities, participating in high-level negotiations,



and supporting fundraising and investor relations. The individual will also help build core teams, establish performance metrics, and ensure alignment between financial goals, operational excellence, and the company’s sustainability-focused mission.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market data, financial models, and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, investor discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in automotive, mobility, or related industries.
- Marketing and brand-building skills to position Ultric Motors in the electric vehicle and mass transportation market.
- Research capabilities to evaluate new technologies, customer requirements, and policy or regulatory developments.
- Prior entrepreneurial or leadership experience in a growth-stage company is highly beneficial.
- Background in automotive, engineering, clean energy, or transportation sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to contribute financial investment and align with long-term strategic and sustainability objectives.
