Cold calls scare most people. We want someone it doesn't.

We're not looking for someone who reads a script. We're looking for someone who can get a "who's calling?" into a booked discovery call — day after day, without flinching at rejection.

Dialing strangers, getting hung up on, and still booking the meeting anyway — that's the job. If you've done it before (bonus points if Apollo.io was your weapon of choice), we want to talk.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo or similar platforms,



along with experience managing contact lists and tracking outreach activities.
- Strong cold calling and telephone communication skills, including the ability to handle objections, ask probing questions, and build rapport with diverse prospects.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management, preferably within creative, marketing, or digital services contexts.
- Effective written communication skills for crafting brief outreach messages, follow-up notes, and clear documentation of call outcomes.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and production.
- Ability to stay organized, meet daily call and conversion targets, and use data or feedback to refine outreach strategies.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer acquisition roles is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrated skill and motivation are highly valued.
