Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and result-oriented.

They have to experience in interior niche and real-state

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
Manage paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) with budget optimization
Handle social media marketing: content planning, posting, engagement & growth
Perform SEO (On-page & basic Off-page) optimization
Execute lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates
Create and manage email marketing & WhatsApp campaigns
Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics & Meta Ads Manager
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales team
Research competitors and suggest growth strategies

Required Skills




Robust understanding of Digital Marketing concepts
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM
Basic knowledge of content marketing & copywriting
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
Familiar with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager
Valuable communication & coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Google Ads / Digital Marketing
Experience in real estate / interior / service-based business (optional)
Knowledge of Canva, basic design understanding
Experience in lead-based performance marketing

Leads generated & cost per lead (CPL)
