Balsam Academy is seeking a passionate and dynamic Performing Arts Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging performing arts classes in line with CBSE curriculum
Teach and guide students in music, dance, drama, and other performing art forms
Organize performances, school events, workshops, and inter-school competitions
Identify and nurture student talent while promoting creativity and self-expression
Maintain a positive classroom setting and assess student progress regularly
Collaborate with co-scholastic staff, school leadership, and parents to support holistic student development

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Performing Arts or related field
Prior teaching experience in schools preferred




Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
Passion for fostering creativity and overall student development
