Jewel Creations is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Inventory & E-Commerce Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update jewelry inventory accurately.
Create and update product listings on our e-commerce website.
Upload and manage product pictures, videos, descriptions and specifications.
Ensure product information, pricing, SKU, stock quantities and other details are accurate.
Regularly update the website with new products and collections.
Edit/resize product images and ensure they meet website requirements.
Organize and maintain product images and inventory records.
Coordinate with the sales, production and inventory teams for product information.
Identify and correct discrepancies between physical inventory and website inventory.
Assist with general e-commerce website management and content updates.
Ensure the website remains accurate, organized and up to date.
Requirements
Positive knowledge of e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Basic knowledge of photo editing and image resizing.
Excellent attention to detail — especially key for jewelry specifications.
Valuable organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple products and maintain accurate records.
Prior experience with jewelry, fashion, accessories or e-commerce is an advantage.
