We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience and a solid inclination towards Architectural Design, along with a mandatory Structural Engineering background. The role involves architectural planning, structural drawings, 3D modelling, client coordination, and site execution for residential, bungalow, and farmhouse projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural layouts, building plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Develop structural drawings including RCC plans, column-beam layouts, slab and foundation details.
Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Coordinate architectural and structural designs with site execution requirements.
Handle basic landscape and interior detailing such as ceiling, kitchen, and plumbing layouts.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and execution teams.
Interact with clients, understand requirements, and incorporate design modifications.
Ensure drawings and execution follow applicable building standards and technical requirements.
