We are hiring Voice Process Executives for an International Voice Process in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with international customers.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
Provide qualified and timely customer support.
Understand customer requirements and resolve queries effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements
Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
Prior experience in an international voice process/BPO is preferred.
Candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience are preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.




Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
