Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN + AI Automations)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in the MERN stack and practical exposure to AI integrations and automation workflows.

In this role, you will build scalable web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and AI-powered automation systems that enhance operational efficiency across products.

Key Responsibilities
Develop end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and core application logic
Design and implement frontend dashboards, CRM modules, and internal tools
Integrate AI services (e.g., OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector search, LangChain workflows)
Create automation workflows using cron jobs, queues, webhooks, and third-party APIs
Integrate external services such as Google APIs and SaaS platforms
Implement authentication systems, RBAC, and security best practices
Optimize database schemas, queries, and application performance




Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with product and operations teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
Experience building both frontend and backend of production-grade applications
Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI or similar) into real-world workflows
Solid understanding of API design, data flow, and system architecture
Proficiency in Git, Postman, Linux, and cloud deployments
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code

Good to Have
Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of WhatsApp / messaging automation
Experience with Google Sheets & Google APIs
Basic DevOps knowledge (PM2, Nginx, SSL, monitoring)
