Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage recruitment for various non-technical roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
Source potential candidates through portals social media, LinkedIn, local networks, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess personality, skills, and cultural fit
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of positions with a focus on quality hires
Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
Complete documentation and BGV check of candidates.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment; experience in retail/jewellery/luxury sectors is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust sourcing and screening capabilities
Familiarity with hiring tools and local hiring trends in Jaipur
Ability to handle multiple requirements with a sense of urgency

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
