Hiring Plant Head – Animal Nutrition Manurfacturing Company for Surat.

Experienced Plant Head to lead and manage overall manufacturing operations at our Surat plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end plant operations, production, quality, maintenance and safety.
Ensure production targets, efficiency, cost optimization and timely deliveries.
Drive continuous improvement and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Manage and develop the plant team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

Requirements:
12+ years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations, preferably in Animal Nutrition, Feed, Food or FMCG manufacturing.
Solid leadership, production planning and plant management skills.
Experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
